A poetic short film exploring the fragile boundary between fate and free will, The Ones We Almost Were meditates on the subconscious mind and the infinite versions of ourselves shaped by choice and chance. Set against the ritual of a Turkish coffee reading, it weaves symbolism and desire into a cinematic reflection on identity, probability, and the paths we never take.
